Are you or do you know someone who is in a season of grieving? Do you struggle with overwhelming sadness or frustration? Do you experience frequent negative thoughts about yourself and your life? Are you battling a sense of loss? . . In the middle of a season like this, it is easy to feel hopeless and believe the pain will be never-ending. Even in the process of grief, there is comfort available to you. In the mourning and after the mourning, there will be a “morning.” You need to know that there is hope for you. Even in the middle of a dark night of your soul, there is a hope...a small light at the end of your long dark tunnel. . . . Grief and pain demand our attention and don’t wait for a convenient time. It is important to make room for it and allow yourself the grace and space to process your pain. Your life may have changed and will continue to change but there will be a new normal and healing for you to discover in the process. God wants to meet you in the darkest part now and help you sort out the truth from the lies. He wants you to sense His wrap around presence in the middle of your mess. This is the beauty of the journey with Him. I am praying for you whoever you are. ♥️ Psalm 16:11, “Because you are close to me and always available, my confidence will never be shaken, for I experience your wrap-around presence every moment.” Psalms 16:8 TPT . . . #rest #grief #processpain #pain#depression #hope #deliverance #comfort#healing #peace #miracles #prayer#intercession
